Join us on an extraordinary journey through
1,000 years of Jewish life in Poland
Keshet Jewish Heritage Journey to Poland
September 1 - 9, 2025
Led by Keshet Educational Director Daniel Ehrlich
We have much to learn about Jewish survival and resilience from the story of the Jews of Poland. For hundreds of years, Jewish life and creativity flourished in Poland – which
often served as a safe haven for Jews, despite the constant presence of anti-Semitism. We will visit Warsaw, Lublin, and Krakow which were once major centers of Jewish life and stand in solemn memory at Treblinka, Majdanek and Auschwitz. Learn about the past with its many challenges and accomplishments and meet members of today’s Jewish
communities who, against all odds, are taking part in the reawakening of Jewish life in Poland.
Don’t miss out on this inspiring and powerful journey
at this unique and critical moment in Jewish history.

Keshet Educational Director Daniel Ehrlich has been organizing and guiding Keshet Jewish Heritage Journeys to Poland and elsewhere in Europe for over 20 years. These trips are incredibly powerful and meaningful experiences during which participants learn about the past, stand in solemn memory at memorials and historical sites and meet members and leaders of today’s Jewish communities. The trip experiences help participants to better understand the Jewish story through the ages and the complex nature of our own contemporary Jewish identity, beliefs and practice.
